Welcome to our estate in AOC Languedoc Pézenas

We always look for the best phenolic ripeness in our wines. By limiting the extraction we make sure that freshness and finesse, which are distinctive to the territory of Pézenas, can be expressed.

Our vineyard is divided into several plots around the villages of Caux, Gabian and Pézenas at the foothills of the meridional Cévennes. The location benefits from a large diversity of soils and positive exposures, which ensure optimal rippening to produce the best of our grape varieties.
The age of our wines varies between 20 and 50 years.

By preserving our eco-system (wine bushes, groves, slopes, etc.) we help maintain the biodiversity of the region and develop the natural defences of the vine.

A lot of care and diligence is given to cultivating the vines. By not making any use of chemical products or pesticides we adhere to strictly organic methods.
That means we use natural organic fertilizers and mechanical weeding methods as well as manual pruning. These methods allow the limitation of the inputs and are key to maintain perfect sanitary conditions for the grapes.
Our vineyard has been certified and labelled by Bio Ecocert since 2011.

The harvest is done manually and the grapes are rigorously sorted out in the vineyard before being taken to the winery.
Spontaneous fermentation combined with delicate pressing and parsimonious use of SO2 (normally ten times less than the authorised amounts/dose), allows us to produce natural and genuine wines of high quality.

Our wine is generally not fined nor filtered.
The white wine is essentially made of Bourboulenc, a rare and great varietal from the south of France, and a bit of Marsanne.
The red wine are blends of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and old Carignan, all of them typical mediterranean vines offering a great potential for fine wines.
